Choosing the right Skateboard

It’s easy to be seduced by these cheap £20 to £30 skateboards online. It’s a plank of wood with wheels on it, right? How can they be so different?
Well, there are a few things to consider when buying a new skateboard. Firstly, what is important to you? Is it a cool graphic? Quick wheels? A nice pop for ollies? Because skateboarding is quite a versatile activity there might be a certain style that suits you.
Do you have a skatepark nearby? Will you be just cruising round the streets? Perhaps you just want to learn tricks in your garage? Or maybe it’s a bit of everything.

The only 2 things that separate the Powell Peralta and Mini Logo completes is the name and a fiver.
I suppose there is also the identifiable graphics too. Either way both brands offer a fantastic complete skateboard that you can buy through Sk8 or Die and get free delivery to boot.
